Fearne Cotton Announces 'Happy Place Live'

TV, radio & podcast presenter and best selling author, Fearne Cotton, today announces 'Happy Place Live', a special one day event in London dedicated to the connection between health and happiness.

'Happy Place Live', in aid of Mind, the mental health charity, takes place on Wednesday 12th September at Sunbeam Studios in West London, the most sustainable event space in London.

Vita Coco have partnered with Fearne and the Happy Place brand on the event as they continue to look to promote healthy living.

The intimate event is for 150 people only, and tickets will be made available to selected on line applicants.

The event will include many different talks and classes on the theme of health and happiness, alongside demonstrations and advice. Fearne will be in conversation with Dr Pixie McKenna, and also recording a live episode of her highly successful 'Happy Place' podcast with Davina McCall.

There will be a yoga class with Zephyr Wildman, whilst Rebecca Dennis will hold a breathing class. Demonstrations include 'From The Husk To The Milk', using Vita Coco, and there will be a silent disco with DJ talent agency Noisy Kitchen and Goldie Rocks. All this plus much much more on the day!

Fearne says: "I am so thrilled and excited to announce the date for the first Happy Place Live event. The day is designed for people to experience some activities and sessions which will leave them feeling connected, calm and a little bit happier. Working with Vita Coco has been a brilliant experience as their values and outlook match with what Happy Place stands for - finding the good in things and supporting great causes. Plus I'm really pleased to be supporting Mind, the mental health charity, with our ticket sales from the event.

I just hope that everyone enjoys the day and takes at least one thing away that they can use to make their life a little bit calmer and better."

Vita Coco have partnered with Fearne Cotton & Happy Place as they continue to look to promote healthy living. Giles Brook, CEO commented “As a brand we are passionate about helping consumers live healthier & happier lifestyles. For us Happy Place fits perfectly with our brand values and so we're delighted to be getting involved."

Paul Farmer, Chief Executive of Mind, said “We’re delighted that Fearne has chosen Mind to benefit from the ticket sales at Happy Place Live. At Mind, we provide and advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem but it is only thanks to kind donations and fundraising initiatives like this that we are able to continue that work.
