Fresh from three Top 10 Commercial Pop hits, the Drag Princess of Pop Tia Kofi returns. 'Get Better' is an emotional and stirring electro pop song about getting over the hurt of a previous relationship and focusing on your own positive mental health. Written by Ian Masterson (who recently wrote Ant & Dec's hit drag anthem 'We Werk Together') and uber pop writer Bright Light Bright Light, 'Get Better' solidifies Tia as without doubt the No.1 drag music artist in the UK right now and a LGBTQ+ pop artist to watch in the future.

Tia says: "Get Better is about recovering from a bad place of mental health and healing a broken heart. It's about trying to believe in yourself again after your confidence has been knocked and someone has damaged you and caused you pain. There is the hope that you can put yourself back together and even find someone new who can help you feel whole again. It’s about someone trying to move on from the damage and find the antidote to that pain. That’s why the song is so important to me, because it reflects my real life."

The track is taken from Tia's upcoming second EP release, due out in June this year.

Tia's debut EP 'Part 1: The Damage' hit No.1 on the iTunes pop chart and No.3 on the iTunes main chart and has been streamed over 1.3 million times on Spotify.

The EP featured 4 singles. ‘Outside In’, written by Little Boots and Tom Aspaul, was premiered on both Radio 2’s Zoe Ball breakfast show and has amassed over a million streams since, entering the Top 30 on iTunes. ‘Look What You've Done' a collaboration with dance supergroup Cahill, was play listed by Hits Radio Pride, whilst ‘Loving Me Like That’ and 'I Want It All' received A List plays by Gaydio.

Both ‘Outside In’ and ‘Look What You’ve Done’ have been Top 3 hits on the Official Music Week Commercial Pop Chart, whilst  'I Want It All' went Top 10 in November of last year.

Tia played a special headline show at the Oslo Hackney in September last year, and was the BBC's presenter of digital content for the Eurovision Song Contest. She also performed a special acoustic set at Attitude Magazine’s Pride at Home festival and performed at major events including Manchester Pride main stage, Bristol Pride, Holy T in the Park and Glitterbomb in the Park

Tia recently starred in both MTV's Celebrity Ex in the City and the BBC's Eating With My Ex, alongside presenting for the Winter Olympics for BBC Sport. She also starred in Attitude Magazine's Spotify Wrapped campaign and several campaigns for L'Oreal.
